Tamara is currently working on her Masters Degree in Counselling. She worked with LifeCare as a student counsellor in 2023 for her Grad Dip student placement.

Prior to studying counselling, Tamar worked for seven years for a non-profit organisation. Tamara has a real desire to see people living meaningful and fulfilling lives, and looks forward to helping them through challenging times. Her approach is person-centred and draws on various models, especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As Tamara is working at LifeCare for her Masters Degree placement, sessions with her are offered at a reduced rate of $20. She will be working closely with experienced counsellors and supervisors to ensure her clients receive quality care. Please speak to one of our reception team members if you would like to book an appointment with Tamara. Her working hours at LifeCare are Mondays during the day, and Thursday evenings.
