He also worked for eight years as a secondary school teacher. Matt is a creative culture shaper with a heart to see vulnerable people supported and empowered through community involvement. Matt enjoys listening and making music, keeping fit and camping with family and friends.

Pastor Sam Hearn, COACH Network National Director, Pastor Sam Hearn, COACH Network National Director, has experience working in leadership and executive roles in NFP, local government, and local church. He holds a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Arts in Leadership, and is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. He has also worked as a lecturer and consultant around organisational vision and strategy development.
