Natasha is passionate about supporting people going through difficult times and helping them work towards their life goals. She provides counselling support to people struggling with complex trauma, substance abuse, grief and loss issues, mental health and relationship struggles.
Natasha has a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, and incorporates aspects of cognitive behaviour therapy, psychoeducation, acceptance commitment therapy and schema therapy into her work.
Natasha works with teenagers and adults of all ages and provides counselling in English and Hindi.
