Alice is a registered psychologist who has a genuine interest in supporting individuals with mental health challenges through their recovery. She is passionate about making a positive difference in the life of each client. Alice tailors her approach to meet her clients’ needs and goals using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Alice has experience working with clients with a range of presenting issues in various work settings (e.g. school, mental health and sleep clinics, vocational rehabilitation, and disability services). She has specialist knowledge in the areas of workplace injury and return to work management. Skilled in vocational counselling and assessments, Alice is able to help guide clients’ vocational and career goals as part of their recovery journey. Alice has extensive interaction with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Alice provides counselling in English and Cantonese.
