Adiemus has twenty years of experience working at universities, hospitals, and non-profit organisations as a registered counsellor, mental health trainer, wellbeing consultant, and head of university counselling department.

Adiemus specialises in mental health, grief and loss, critical incidents debriefing, work-life enrichment, and strengths-based psychology coaching. He is skilled in helping clients build resilience and navigate challenges in creative and compassionate ways.

He takes an evidence-informed and eclectic counselling approach to integrate and adapt the therapeutic practices to his clients’ needs. Adiemus provides counselling in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
